City Manager Keith Rogers Jr., who has been on the job for nearly eight months, recently gave quite an endorsement of the Rocky Mount Event Center.
Rogers said he has received calls from community leaders across the country wanting to come to Rocky Mount to see how the facility operates and to replicate that facility in their communities.
