SCHEELS Sports Park is one step closer to opening, and work on the planned 70-acre multisport outdoor and indoor sports park is now being headed by a general manager new to Springfield, but not the business.
Meet Brandon Doherty, who SCHEELS Sports Park developers and The Sports Facilities Companies announced on Sept. 10 will oversee operations for the park.
