Alabama A&M University

Alabama A&M Events Center is the University’s new arena that hosts the Alabama A&M Bulldogs basketball and volleyball teams. Located on campus in Huntsville, Alabama and 20 minutes from Huntsville International Airport, the facility has a capacity of 6,000 students and fans for games, graduation ceremonies, and other special events. Amenities include locker rooms, training rooms, a Hall of Fame honoring past student-athletes, and a catering kitchen.

The University participates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s Division I as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). Recently, three players from Alabama A&M were honored by being named to the preseason Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) teams, showcasing the talent that the university fosters.
