Rocky Mount Event Center (RMEC) is a premier venue in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, for hosting concerts, sporting events, conferences, weddings, and more. Our sensory-inclusive, multi-use facility opened its doors in October 2018 with a mission to make any special occasion an unforgettable experience. We offer 75,000 square feet of playing space with eight basketball or 16 volleyball courts, 4,000 master event seats, multiple large event spaces equipped to host weddings, banquets, concerts, or trade shows with up to 370 10×10 booths, meeting rooms, and Game Day Adventure & Arcade, along with onsite catering and concessions options to ensure the success of every occasion hosted with us.

For enthusiasts of craft beer, the Mills campus doubles as a brewery incubator, ensuring a constant supply of new brews to sample. In addition to the breweries, Rocky Mount Mills boasts a variety of restaurants, access to the scenic Tar River, and cozy nooks where you can unwind with a cup of coffee and a good book at Books and Beans.
For nature lovers, Rocky Mount offers several engaging outdoor activities. Whether your preference lies in games, water sports, or hiking, there’s something for everyone. This includes Sunset Park which has a train, splash pad, carousel, skate park, playground, disc golf course, tennis courts, and more.
